I was inspired to design my own take on G.I. Joe’s favorite ninja after my husband posed for a G.I. Joe Origins cover by Tom Feister. We needed knee high combat boots for reference, Chris didn’t have a pair, but I did. That was the moment that inspired this female version of this ass-kicking character.
